The history of the circus is in many ways the history of poster art. To become the greatest shows on earth, circuses needed the greatest advertisements on earth. Trust & Transformation at the Circus: 75 Years of Flying High features six original circus posters on loan from the Howard and Janice Tibbals Collection and the Ringling Circus Museum, each of which captures the boldness, bravery, and beauty of some of the most famous circus performers of their day.
