Zoom Blazer Chukka XT SB “Ishod Wair” by Nike (2018)

In 2013, Ishod Wair was named Thrasher Magazine’s “Skater of the Year” just two years into his pro career, becoming the first African American to net the award. Since 2018, Ishod has been collaborating with Nike on a custom line of shoes and skateware. This signature chukka features a brushed suede upper perforated with the iconic swoosh, embroidered heel, and classic herringbone pattered outsole embellished with the artist’s name. Ishod’s words are true for both skating and fashion design: “Every trick has a solution. It’s up to you to unlock it.”
