Have you visited our Magnezine? Located in the lobby, the Magnezine is the magnetic “refrigerator door” of the Museum, built to display and share small-scale print and ephemera collections with our audience. If you have an idea for MoFA’s MagneZine, email program coordinator Annie Booth at albooth@fsu.edu.
Below is an example of a MagneZine display from the Fall 2021 semester, a wonderful print project from the class of professor Daniel Ludtke.
Double Window is a print portfolio of work created by students in the 2020 Advanced Printmaking Workshop course at Florida State University. For this project, students chose a collaborator, reaching out to an existing artist they wanted to work with to create a pair of related prints. Some artists chose existing artwork from their selected artist, while others created both designs collaboratively. All of the designs were then translated and printed using the screen printing process. The result is a set of 14 prints, housed in a screen-printed sleeve designed and printed by Professor Daniel Luedtke. For additional information or purchase inquiries, contact dluedtke@fsu.edu.
