Building on the mission of Small Craft Advisory Press, FSU, Tallahassee, Florida, the conference theme will focus on various types of collaborations in the book arts. The program consists of tours, exhibitions, panels, roundtables, and a keynote event to inspire collaboration among attendees. The exhibition at the Museum of Fine Arts is a juried Membership Exhibition entitled “Conspire: Collaboration, Cooperation, Collection that runs from January 13 until February 10, 2017.

The installation Tethered looks at the tension of moving; letting go of objects and the indecision that comes from making choices of what to hold onto, what to let go of. Each suitcase is held open, recycling personal stories and dreams in a tenuous state. The individual is exposed and liberated at the same time.
