Artists’ League Summer Annual @ MoFA

The Artists’ League Summer Annual opens Friday, June 8th 7-9pm in the FSU Museum of Fine Arts. The exhibition runs from the opening on the 8th through July 6th.

Oil paintings, acrylic pieces, bronze sculpture, wood figures, fused glass plates and bowls, jewelry, stitchery, black and white photography, digital color imagery, mixed-media shadow boxes, prints, pen and ink drawings, watercolors, pottery, wood-turning, and finely crafted tables are among the many and various works produced by members of the FSU Museum of Fine Arts Artists’ League.  The Artists’ League is comprised of regional artists, many who work out of studios in Leon County, or surrounding counties, but many who also teach in area institutions or who serve in the region’s other museums.  Each summer the Museum showcases their work in the Artists’ League Summer Annual Salon.  This year’s exhibition Juror was Aja Roache, Director, Foster Tanner Art Gallery, FAMU.

Closed: Wednesday, July 4th.
